Managed Services Program.

Our managed network services program includes network services and hardware monitoring. If a problem is detected we act, so that your company maintains constant uptime- our managed clients report 99% network uptime. Additionally, weekly maintenance tasks include updating antivirus definitions, installing Windows Updates, verifying backup and performing test restores, and event log analysis. Our weekly monitoring reports provide management with an overview of all network servers- disk space utilization, Windows security patch installation, and corrective actions performed. Combined with weekly or monthly on-site visits and remote support, our managed network service program allows small to mid-sized businesses benefit from all the features of a dedicated IT department at a fraction of the cost.

Corporate on-site support.

To provide this support, we offer a pair of technicians that will alternately provide on-site desktop support. TekPartners offers a range of products that can increase your Internet bandwidth and provide a backup in the event an Internet circuit fails. Additionally, we offer a hardware-based disaster recovery and backup solution for your servers. This service allows for an on-site clone of the existing server for business continuity, and a cloud-based server in the event of disaster.
